What does working with you actually look like?
Most engagements start with a discovery call to understand your product, goals, and constraints. From there I propose a scope whether that's a focused sprint, a full product design cycle, or ongoing strategic support. You'll have direct access to me throughout, not a team of juniors.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused UX audit or design sprint can wrap in 1–2 weeks. A full product design engagement from strategy to shipped screens typically runs 4–10 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, not after.

Do you only design, or do you help with product strategy too?
Both. I work across the full product lifecycle from defining what to build and why, to designing the experience and handing off production-ready systems to developers. Many clients bring me in early specifically to avoid costly course corrections later.

Can you work with an existing product, or only greenfield builds?
Both. I regularly work with live products to improve UX, introduce design systems, or evolve the product direction. Starting from an existing codebase or design file is never a problem.

How do you handle confidentiality?
All projects can be covered by an NDA. Design files, strategy documents, and all deliverables remain your property. I regularly work with enterprise teams and government-backed initiatives that require full confidentiality.
