Overview
A UI interaction study exploring how glassmorphism, motion, depth, and visual feedback can transform a static button into a more tactile digital interaction.
The project focuses on designing responsive button states that feel immediate, intuitive, and consistent within a mobile interface.

Create a glass button interaction that communicates user input through subtle changes in depth, light, scale, and motion.
Design Challenge
Turning a static glass component into a responsive interaction
Creating clear feedback between user input and interface response
Balancing visual depth with usability
Making motion feel tactile without becoming distracting
Design Strategy
1 – Material & Depth
Using translucency, blur, borders, highlights, and subtle glow to create a layered glass surface with a sense of depth.
2 – Interactive States
Defining a clear progression between:
Default → Pressed → Active
Each state maintains the same visual identity while providing distinct feedback to the user.
3 – Motion & Feedback
Using subtle changes in scale, brightness, depth, and position to make the interaction feel responsive.
Motion is treated as functional feedback rather than decoration.
