Overview

Blue Rewards is one of the UAE's leading loyalty platforms, serving millions of members across Al-Futtaim's retail, automotive, and real estate brands. As Staff Product Designer, I work across the full consumer product from core UX flows to gamified experiences and AI-driven features ensuring every touchpoint drives meaningful engagement and measurable retention. This is an ongoing in-house role, not a one-off project. The work is live, iterative, and tied directly to business performance.
