1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the professional services provided by Samer Odeh (“Designer”, “I”, “we”). By accessing this website, booking a call, or engaging with any services, you agree to these Terms. Samer Odeh provides product design services to startups and product teams in the UAE, across the MENA region, and globally.

2. Services Offered
Services include, but are not limited to, product design, UX/UI design, web and mobile interface design, design systems, branding, and product strategy. All services are project-based and scoped individually. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

3. Project Engagement
Project timelines vary depending on complexity, scope, and client responsiveness. Estimates provided are non-binding until a formal agreement is reached. Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials to avoid delays. Delays caused by missing inputs or late feedback may affect delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm that all materials, content, and assets they provide are owned by them or licensed for use. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at agreed milestones. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with Samer Odeh until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Samer Odeh retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials. Unused concepts, drafts, and exploratory work remain the property of Samer Odeh.

6. Payments and Fees
Payment terms are defined per project and may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or full payment upon completion. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and shared materials are treated as confidential. No confidential information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.

8. Communication
Communication may occur via email, video calls, messaging platforms, or project management tools. Clients agree that digital communication constitutes valid written communication for approvals, changes, and confirmations.

9. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website, copy or redistribute its content without permission, or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality. All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” Samer Odeh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or third-party platform issues arising from the use of delivered work.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. All work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full. Any delivered work remains subject to these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are offered to clients in the UAE, MENA, and worldwide.

13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
