Seen Architects
Elevating a Contemporary Architecture Studio into a Strategic Digital Brand
Live website ›
Overview
Seen is a premium architecture studio operating across the UAE and MENA, delivering contemporary residential and commercial projects.
The goal wasn’t just to “build a website.”
It was to translate spatial thinking into digital experience.
I led the design end-to-end — from UX strategy and information architecture to visual direction and implementation alignment.
The Challenge
Architecture brands often fall into two traps:
Either overly minimal with no clarity
Or visually heavy with weak structure
Key issues:
No strong narrative hierarchy
Portfolio difficult to scan
Weak storytelling around projects
No clear positioning statement
Limited lead capture strategy
The real problem:
The website didn’t reflect the sophistication of their physical work.
Strategy & Product Thinking
Instead of designing pages, I designed a brand narrative system.
Three core pillars:
Authority through clarity
Portfolio-first structure
Emotional storytelling with strategic restraint
I reframed the website as a digital showroom, not a brochure.
Information Architecture & UX Improvements
1. Structured Portfolio Navigation
Categorized by project type
Improved filtering logic
Clear project storytelling framework
Case-study driven presentation
2. Project Page Optimization
Large immersive visuals
Strong headline hierarchy
Structured project information blocks
Clear role of studio & scope
3. Strategic CTAs
Minimal but intentional
Consultation-focused conversion
Contact pathways aligned with brand tone
4. Mobile Optimization
Considering MENA browsing behavior:
Optimized typography scale
Touch-friendly interactions
Performance-focused layout
Reduced friction in navigation
Visual Direction
The visual system was refined to feel:
Architectural
Confident
Spacious
Intentional
Key elements:
Strong grid system
Neutral palette with contrast
Editorial typography
Large breathing space
High-quality image framing
The goal was to make the digital experience feel as structured as their buildings.
Business Impact
While numbers remain confidential, the measurable outcomes included:
Stronger brand perception
Increased project inquiries
Improved portfolio engagement
Higher average session depth
Better positioning in premium market
More importantly, the brand finally felt aligned across physical and digital touchpoints.
What This Project Demonstrates
Translating brand identity into UX structure
Designing for premium positioning
Portfolio-driven information architecture
Balancing aesthetics with clarity
Building digital authority
Reflection
In high-end markets like the UAE, minimalism alone isn’t enough.
Structure builds trust.
Clarity builds authority.
Design must reflect strategic thinking.
Seen became more than a website.
It became a digital architectural statement.
